Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Please do not discard any damaged or defective item until you have spoken with a customer service representative.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition with all original packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
